Refund policy

At Hug-A-Hero, it’s our mission to create custom dolls that bring comfort and happiness to you and your loved ones. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue.

Since each item is custom-made using the images you provide, we’re unable to accept returns for a full refund unless there’s an error on our part (like printing the wrong image or size). In such cases, we’ll promptly remake and ship your item at no cost to you.

About Images: We print exactly what you send us, only removing the background for dolls. If you’d like any adjustments, such as fixing lighting, removing objects, or editing colors, please let us know when placing your order. Our editors are happy to help, but we’ll assume the image you send is final unless told otherwise. Double-check everything before ordering, or send us your image at outreach@hugahero.com if you’d like a preview or advice on how it will print.

Damages or Issues: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can quickly make things right.
