Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:  Unless due to an error on our part, all shipping costs related to new orders and replacement orders are your responsibility.  If you received an order that was incorrect due to our mistake, we will certainly ship the corrected items to you at no cost.

Shipping Delays or Missing Packages: Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, its delivery timeline is out of our hands. For updates or concerns, please use your tracking number to contact the carrier directly. We’re unable to influence the process once the package has left our store.
